01About these terms
These terms apply when you use thulori.com or order a Thulori storybook from Pepperistic Studio Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you agree to them.
02Your order
Prices for each edition are shown on our Packages page and exclude GST. GST is added on your invoice; shipping is charged separately at delivery, based on the delivery location.
Your order is confirmed when payment is received and we send you an order confirmation.
03Your photographs and stories
You keep all rights to the photographs, words and recordings you share. You give us permission to use them only to create, print and deliver your storybook.
You confirm that you have the right to share the material you upload, including photographs of other people.
04Proofs and revisions
We send a digital proof before printing. Each edition includes a set number of revision rounds (Vidhai 1, Thulir 2, Malar 3); extra rounds can be purchased.
Nothing is printed until you approve the final proof. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully — once approved, the book is printed as shown.
05Timelines and delivery
We aim to deliver most storybooks in about three weeks from the day you finish sending your photos. Timelines are estimates and can change during festivals or because of courier delays.
We deliver across India to the address you give at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct.
06Personalised products
Every book is made to order for your family, so it cannot be resold. Please read our Refund Policy for cancellations and damaged deliveries.
07Our content
The Thulori name, logo, designs, illustrations and website content belong to Pepperistic Studio Private Limited and may not be copied without permission.
08Liability
We take great care with every book. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
