Every Thulori storybook is written, designed and printed by hand for your family. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make it right.
02Cancelling before writing starts
You can cancel for a full refund until our writers begin work on your story. We’ll confirm with you before writing starts.
03Cancelling after writing starts
Once writing has begun, we can refund the order minus the work already done. We’ll tell you the amount before you decide.
After you approve your final proof and the book goes to print, orders can’t be cancelled.
04Damaged or faulty books
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing fault, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll reprint and resend it at no cost.
05Mistakes in the book
If there’s a mistake we introduced after your approved proof, we’ll reprint for free. Mistakes that were in the proof you approved can be fixed with a paid reprint.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
