Questions, answered.
Everything about crafting, photos, printing and delivery. Can’t find it? We’re one WhatsApp away.
The process
Choose an edition and send us your order on WhatsApp. Share your photos and memories, review the digital proof, and we print and deliver — usually in about three weeks.
No. Our guided memory questionnaire does the prompting and our writers shape the story. You only share what you remember — voice notes are welcome.
Yes. Vidhai includes 1 round of revisions, Thulir 2 and Malar 3.
About three weeks from the day we have your photos to delivery.
Photos
Send them to us on WhatsApp, or share a Google Drive or Google Photos link — whichever is easier. No need to sort or caption them.
Vidhai includes up to 40 photographs, Thulir up to 100 and Malar up to 150.
Send them anyway — blurry, old or scanned prints are fine. We restore what we can and tell you if a photo won’t print well.
Printing & delivery
Always. We send you the full book as a digital proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Yes — tracked delivery to every PIN code we can reach. Shipping is charged separately at delivery, based on your location.
Payments
Prices are shown before GST. GST is added on your invoice. Shipping is charged separately at delivery, based on your location.
Yes. Until we start writing, you can move up an edition and pay only the difference.
Privacy
Only our crafting team working on your book. We never post or share your photos without your permission.
Yes. Ask us and we’ll permanently delete your photos and project data.
