Thulori is a brand of Pepperistic Studio Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (“Thulori”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use thulori.com or order a storybook, why we collect it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
02What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details.
- Your child’s story: photographs, answers to our memory questionnaire, voice notes, letters and any other material you upload for your storybook.
- Basic technical data: device and browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
03How we use it
- To write, design, print and deliver your storybook, and to show you a digital proof before anything is printed.
- To talk to you about your order by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- We never sell your personal data, and we never use your photographs or stories for advertising without your written permission.
04Who can see your photographs
Only the members of our crafting team working on your book. Our printing and delivery partners receive only what they need to print and ship your order.
05How long we keep it
We keep your project files until your book is delivered and for a short period afterwards in case you need a reprint. You can ask us to permanently delete your photographs and project data at any time after delivery. We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a concern, by writing to hello@thulori.com. We reply within one working day and act on requests as quickly as we can.
07Children’s information
Our storybooks are about children, but our service is used by their parents or guardians. By sharing material about a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission.
08Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let customers with open orders know.
